SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding)

SUP stands for Stand Up Paddle Boarding, and is a water activity that came from Hawaii.
You stand up on a board slightly larger than a surfboard and paddle across the water.
You can enjoy feeling “openness” and breathtaking scenery you cannot experience in daily life. Additionally, balancing on the board can strengthen the core of your body, which is one of the charms of SUP!
