Hachiman-bori Moat
This beautiful moat preserves the atmosphere of the Edo period. With white-walled storehouses and historic buildings, you can enjoy taking a walk or a sightseeing tour on a Japanese-style boat. Cherry blossoms bloom beautifully in spring, and colorful autumn leaves create a different atmosphere in fall. The area is also known for its local dishes using Omi Beef and sweets, so we recommend grabbing some food and enjoying a stroll.
